I had a quick ride yesterday on my FLSTFI. While riding, the check engine light went ON for few seconds then OFF... 5 min. later, it happened again!
The bike look so normal and it has less than 100 miles since the last service.

Any idea on what could be the reason?

I'm not a mechanic nor do I play one on TV, but have you checked the codes to see what comes up? If nothing comes up then you will have to wait until some one who knows what he is doing get on here
