| | 2007 Sportster 1200L Aftermarket Exhaust I was wondering if any one that has a 2007 1200L Sporter has replaced there stock Exhaust with and aftermarket Exhaust that improved Performance with more Horsepower and Torque? I was considering getting Vance and Hines Double Barrel Exhaust Pipes and a Vance and Hines Fuel to modify the ECU mapping to hopefully get better HP and Torque from my stock Sporster. I was trying to find some kind of articles with reviews on these pipes or any other brands that have been proven to perform well for the 2007 Sportsters! |

| | Welcome Sporty Woman! I put Rush slip on mufflers on the '07 1200L. They sound great, they bark when you get on them. Plus they don't cost a fortune. Hope this helps.

| | | Welcome Sporty Woman
I have a 07 Sportster Nightster, I believe it has the same setup as the 1200L. I have Bub-Rhinehart Jug Huggers, great pipes quite loud, S/E A/C and Race Tuner . I don't have torque or hp numbers. Very happy with the performance. |

So I don't think you can go wrong if you like that sound and look. He also has the power commander, I don't. Welcome. |

| | I've nothing to offer on the exhaust, still running stock mufflers with larger holes drilled through the baffle plates on the old '85 Ironhead. Just wanted to welcome you to the forum. Ride safe and God bless. Sincerely: Shovelmike. |

| | I have the V&H longshot slip ons and the Stage 1 A/C on my 06 1200C.Last of the carb bikes. It works very well a good 10% increase in HP. Low end torque is phenominal, don't have any #'s though. I am not sure about the EFI's though I have heard mixed results with the SE set up on the 07-08's. Also welcome to the forum.

| | I have Vance/Hines staggerd shorties on my 04. Sound and look nice. They also give some dyno readouts with a number of bikes and exhausts. They have good customer service which is a plus | | |
