Any recomended jet kits? Might as well get something good while I'm at it.

I'll drill those hole if I can't find a steal on the bay or CL or something.

Default Jet kit

Hey Majic,

The most for the least is the Keihn Recalibration kit from J&P or V-Twin. You get two needles one of which is the 27094-88 and several high and low speed jets. If you follow the instructions in the kit you will end using the needle, the 45, the 180 or 185 high speed. The kit is around 30.00. You can save the other stuff for future mods or if you go up to 1200.

The THunderslide kit is a waste of money. You wind up going from too lean to too rich. Changing the spring, needle and drilling the slide is overkill . I have soldered the hole shut on several carbs after people spent over $60.00 for the kit. Only way to get the bike to run clean.

With pipes, breather and filter the needle and a 45 low speed should make the bike fun to ride. Total cost about 18.00. I don`t mind spending money I just don`t like to waste it.
