Default No R model in 09

It seems there are fewer new models in 09. No more 1200R and no XR on the H.D. web site so far.

The key phrase is "So Far" remember the Crossbones didnt come out till mid year.

Apparently the Motor Company has discontinued the 883 Standard as well. The new entry level Sporty is the Low, on which the MSRP has been reduced from $7145 to $6999...still $300 more than last year's 883 Standard. I'm curious to see how this marketing strategy plays out.

What about us in the U.S. By the time they release the XR here, I'll have my bike built up to a better build for me than the XR. They blew it by giving it to everyone else first IMO.
