The placement of the oil hole in the side of the lifter has no affect on how it performs. Did you align your lifter block properly? Considering the age of your bike there's the possibility that your lifter bore could be excessively worn.

Ive Checked To Make Sure The Lifter Blocks Are Aligned With The Oil Ports , It Just Seems The Lifters Dont Get Oil Over 2500 And Up.

Default hmm

you didnt use the tool did you?
if you did - did you run a papaer clip up through the channels to make sure there are no obstrucitons in the block impeding oil flow.?

If ya don't use the alignment screw tool upon assembly then blind luck will be the only chance you have of the oil hole in the case properly aligning with the hole in the lifter block.

Have you checked for crap in your tappet screen?
Also, after experiencing a re-occuring problem like this I would :triple: check that the oil pump to engine case gasket is the correct one. I have seen a few oil pump kits that had the wrong gaskets right out of the box. If the holes and slots in the gasket are not exactly spot-on then you could easily dump needed oil to the cam chest thru the pressure relief ports and /or starve the flow of oil to the top or bottom end. Judging by your symptomsI would suspect starvation/ restriction due to a slightly mis-aligned hole.

Default noise

Could also be if you had a kit with multiple gaskets. You may have used the wrong one. Seen it happen.

All good advice, for sure. Your problem is likely one of those mentioned, but if you end up needing an oil pump, look at s&s hvhp. It's like magic to an evo. Runs better, looks great. Ain't cheap, but it has made mine Idle smoother and run cooler. Take the time to do it right by removing the pinion gear and centering the pump shaft. This eliminated a lot of engine noises I had just accepted as "Harley". Good luck...
