frisco, after it pops and dies it starts back up almost right away and goes another mile or so then pops and dies again. first time it happened, checked the coil, it was dead, replaced with accel coil and wires ran great for about 50 miles then started popping and dies. this happened on ride from st.louis to kentucky lake. limped into harley dealer in marion,ill. they replaced breakers under seat, ran good for a 100miles or so then pop!!! i have checked all wires for looseness or crackes but no luck. guess i will have to put it in shop to find the problem....thanks for everyones help..dave |
