Default Re: What would pay for a 1995 Heritage??

Here is a photo of my bike after I lowered it and put the stock exhaust back on. I took out the center baffle in a set of stock mufflers and now it has a decent sound. They are not too quiet but not too loud. They actually sound about the same as the V & H short shots that were on the bike when I got it. However, they look 100% better than the short shots. I used a set of Ultima narrow body lowering shocks. The directions were terrible, and I could not find any phone number to contact them about installation. I took the bike for a short test ride this afternoon in the driving rain as evident in the photos. Lowering the bike did take a little away from the comfort of the ride. But as Fernando would say "It is better to look than it is to feel good." The look is "Marvelous!!" in my eyes. Anyone interested in a nice set of V&H short shots?

Thanks. I am one who tends to let things got toward the rat end of the spectrum. However, I am going to do my best to keep this scoot looking sharp at all times.
