Default 07 FXD & adding V&H Big Radius

I am planning on adding V&H Big Radius duals on a 2007 FXD, if I leave the stock A/C will I need to add a Power commander or fuelpak?

Won't NEED it. But it will help.

If your pipes are O2 sensor compatible, you're good (V&H Big Radius pipes are). Would still probably recommend the tune-up. Ain't that expensive, and makes the bike run well with the new equipment.

I completed my install of V&H Big Radius pipes on my stock 07 FXD, and they are great.
Nice and loud but not obnoxious and less decel popping than my stock exhaust.

Did you use just the pipes? A friend of mine put V&H slip ons on his 2007 FXD and a FuelPak. Could we have gotten by without the FuelPak? Shouldn't the bikes computer adjust to the new exhaust without the assistance of another product?

I just used the pipes, no air cleaner or fuelpak.
I checked the plugs on my FXD and it appears to running right on the money.
In fact my stock 07 Softail is running more lean than my FXD was or is currently.
I was told my stock management system would work.
Eventually I'll go full stage 1, but for now I'm quite or should I say loudly happy.

Cool Big Radius

Have had V&H BR on 96 FXSTC w/carb and runs fairly good with stock cam and Hi-Flo A/C. Thought about putting EV27 Andrews cam in but talk of tighter noise restriction makes me hesitant at spending any more money on performance parts.
