Cool Vance and Hines Big Radius

Have Big Radius on my 96 FXSTC and am worried about my local Govmnt (PD) etc. cracking down on loud pipes. Thought about putting in performance cam as I already have Hi-Flo air cleaner but I am cautious about upgrading performance anymore when I may have to return to OEM exhaust in the future. I was wondering if longer baffles can be put in the Big Radius and if it would quieten it enough to make it pass reulations. Bike is carburated and has stock heads.

According to what I've read, the big radius come with a "stock" (louder) baffle, and that they have quieter baffles available (Vance&Hines) however what the db difference is remains uncertain. I would suggest contacting V&H about "whats available." I'd take it straight from the manufacture instead of an ad or even myself.
