Vance and Hines baffles

I've got the V&H long big shots. My question is if any of you use or have heard others with the baffles installed. Right now without the baffles these pipes would not pass the German inspection. I've heard stories of guys getting ticketed over here in Europe. I'm getting ready to take a road trip to several other countries this coming Sept and am considering ordering the baffles, to satisfy the local Polezi, if needed. Do the baffles really make the pipes considerably quieter? The V&H website says the baffles lower the dB by only 2-3. Thanks....

YEAH THEY ARE WORTH THE CASH..JUST REWRAP THEM WITH SOME STAINLESS STEEL WIRE INSTEAD OF THE TAPE THEY COME WRAPPED IN..
THEY DEFINITELY ARE QUIETER AND SOUND BETTER IN MY HUMBLE OPINION
