Monte, you have a Heritage so I'm taking it for granted that you have slash cuts [bologna] on it. At that time Cycle Shack manufactured the Screaming Eagle mufflers for Harley so you can go to an aftermarket catalog [Drag Specialties carries Cycle Shack] and you'll be able to find the baffles for your mufflers. As a matter of fact even if you have the tapered mufflers they use the same baffles.

Do the SE have removable baffles or knock out plugs, I thought they were straight through.

The early SE mufflers [Cycle Shack] should have removable baffles unless the Motor Co had Cycle Shack manufacture them to slightly different specs. Look to the back side of the muffler [closest to the frame] and there should be either a small screw or bolt. Remove it and the baffle should be easily removed.
