Default Martin Shockwaves

I just purchased a set of Martin Bros Shockwaves, and for me they were a little too loud. Sound and tone of an exhaust system is a personal thing and after 3 to 4 hours seat time my ears started ringing. I called Martin Bros and I have to say I'm "VERY" pleased with they're customer support! They custom made me a new set of baffles and there's no-charge. Now that's what I call taking care of your customers.

Just something I needed to say......

It is indeed rare to find that kind of customer service these days. I'm glad to see that they operate in that manner and that you are spreading the word.

That's why I posted it. People deserve to be recognized for the good things they do. Too often we only remember the bad. I must admit falling short on that myself on occasion!

Welcome aboard, leonard...you're sure right about most people coming down on others for the littlest thing...but stingy when it comes to compliments...thanks for not being one of them and for sharing a good report.
