Hell, Michigan that is. A visiting childhood friend and I decided to take a break and ride up the back roads to Hell, Michigan last Sunday. As you can see you are still tormented with helmet laws even in Hell. But they did serve ice cream cones. Don't forget to stop in for food and a cold one at the Dam Site Inn.

Been there and done that several times...once on 6-6-06 when it was hot as hell and really crowded...nice back roads to ride around there...biker friendly SMALL town...good food at the 1 of 3 businesses there...and they serve a great cold Bud

too !!!

Interesting story about how the place got it's name...goes back about 100 years to when it was nothing but saloons and brothels,etc...then it went down hill

Hell is great. Its out of the city and there are lots of cool little 2 horse towns out there... hell, pickiney, hamburg, gregory, jackson...

But its nothing compared to PCH that I want to ride before I die.

that is if PCH means Pacific Coast Highway.... and not Pennsylania Community Hospital.

Gas Man: What a Hell of a place, huh?

Before riding year ends I plan on riding up to the N.W. corner of the state and ride the 23 miles of "Tunnel of Trees" tour. My barber told me about it and the girlfriend is bothering me to take some vacation time and go up. We'll see........

Well let me know... although I have a trip to PA in Oct and a vacay to Mexico as well. So the fall is pretty booked up for me...

Thanks for sharing those pics... never knew there was actually a Hell on Earth. Funny how your stopped, parked, and sorta standing right in front of the sign... but if you obeyed the law and didnt cause trouble you wouldn't be in Hell to begin with.
