Default rt side case to left side

hi just hopeing some one can answer a question how much and how hard is it to machine two diffrent year cases a 37 right side to a 52 left side

I think you'll get a better response if you ask the question on the 'vintage' side of this site, or ask at flathead-power or the hydra-glide forum. You realize the '37 right side will have 4 cams for the flathead top end that goes with it. If the rest of the motor is a flathead, there shouldn't be any issues with the '52 left case, other than a goofy VIN. But I'm not a real motor-head---- best to ask someone who actually does this in their shop.
