After reading all of this I have terrible feeling in the pit of my stomach.
frisco was a damm good man with a vast amount of knowledge.
Even though I have worked on the older stuff for 14 years I still learned alot of old school tricks from him on this board.
Tricks that you can't learn from books or magazines.
Solutions that only come from years of trial and error. Some, damm expensive to learn, the hard way.
Knowledge is golden and on this site he was King Midas.
Every problem on an older scoot he could turn into a golden solution.
frisco, if you read this, (even if you don't) god bless you and everything you do in all of your endavors.
You will be terribly missed here.

This is a damn shame. Apparently some know-it-all (who really doesn't doesn't know $hit) got under Frisco's skin and that caused him to bow out of our forum. I'd rather have 1 Frisco than 50 of the others here. I've seen this kind of thing happen way too often on other boards. Quality, knowledgeable poeople getting sniped at by jerks (on the internet they are called "Trolls"), and the next thing you know, the quality guy is gone, and, sure enough, the jerk had his fun, and he's gone too. The problem is, it is difficult to police the board and weed out the wheat from the chaff because of the size. Please tip me off if you hear of anybody getting too far out of line, and they will be quickly dealt with.

Hey what's this? I take off and ride the heck out of the new build he talked me into and he goes away. Hey Frisco send me a private message with your contact info. I haven't decided what kind of trouble I want to get into in the off season yet, maybe compression releases, a spike starter, maybe play with the cams. What ever I do, you are an inspiration and I want you along for the ride. Biker Bitch send him a note and ask him to contact me if you can. How can a rookie wrench become a real wrench without a little Frisco wisdom.
