Peach cobbler is a good choice. My favorite is rhubarb.

We always had Mincemeat pie, Grandma always told us it had raisins, in it, pushed it as Raisin pie, but later found out that is what they did with the the cow brains.
I dont care for it much.
Same for Rhubarb pie, is it sweet or is it sour? Too darn confuing for my tastebuds.

Have you tried rhubarb, if you haven't, try it, you may like it.
(I prefer straight rhubarb no strawberries added)

My second choice would be Gooseberry, how great it is .

Peach Cobbler cooked in a Dutch Oven over/In a fire. Ooooh Boy! Rhubarb kinda tastes like Apple Pie to me. Blueberry, French silk and the good Ol Gilligan Banna Cream.

HEY-JCourneyaP
Speaking of over/in a fire, I'll bet another favorite of yours is pudgy pies . They wouldn't be my personal choice, but each their own .
