I dont either, maybe they change it just to confuse me, hoping I'll go away. Just ask boys, I have no pride, no need to tuck tail, I'll leave head held high.
I dunno know, but I think they try to make things easier, but for me, who is by far a puter xpert, just get the hang of the ropes, then they make me fall.

Cool Cookies

To clear up the confusion, using the "New Posts" button in the red navbar will give you the same thing as clicking on the "Get New Posts" link in the old wlecome section. The Boss wanted to emulate the look of a very succesful forum he visited on another site, and he decided to drop that section in the hope it will bring in more new froum members. No cookies were harmed during this chaneover We simply moved your cheese a tad. Glad you all are watching things here so closely.

John 1:14

It is the duty of nations, as well as of men, to own their dependence upon the overruling power of God, to confess their sins and transgressions, in humble sorrow, yet with assured hope that genuine repentance will lead to mercy and pardon; and to recognize the sublime truth announced in the Holy Scriptures and proven by all history, that those nations only are blessed whose God is the LORD.

I have to agree with some earlier posts - if it ain't broke - don't fix it - I don't see this as an improvement. But that is just me and since I am not a senior member deluxe - it doesn't matter... Maybe this boards function was better - maybe we used this board more than we did the others - maybe we like the board - now we are back to that large "free thing" after the 1st post on the page - oh ya - it makes it better.

We'll see if they value the old-old-old members, or stay hoping to get a few new members, because the new members might like the looks of the new site.
HUH, WHAT, get new members because they might prefer the look of another site, how original, innovative, forward thinking, thinking out of the box.

Methinks I might have "Misspoken." When I said emulate the site's look, I meant tighten up some of the stuff we had spread out over our site. Our site continues to look like it always did, and we have sections like the archives that the other site is lacking. We attempt to copy no one, but if we see something useful, we'll give it a try...

By the way, if you want to check on your Private Messages (PMs), they are under the "Quicklinks" button on the red navbar in a heading called, strangely, "Private Messages."

If you say so, I still think the old way was better. I can adjust, I'm a analytical, but with a high degree of flexibility.
