I'm not sure what happened but what ever it was could have been resolved in a better fashion than making disrespectful comments toward a well liked member of the forum.

Cool Infraction?

I'm STILL not sure what went down. Most of the messages concerning the issue have been deleted, and they are a bit of a hassle to go back and retrieve. At any rate, L.RAY got an infraction or two concerning language. First off, an infraction is simply a polite warning to be careful. No one has been, or is gonna be, banned in the immediate future. We here at American Iron are concerned about language, and would like to keep our language family-oriented as we hope to cater to a wide range of individuals with different tolerance levels for "colorful" language. We would like to see the language that would appropriately fly on prime time TV programming. I realize for some of the "saltier" member here that sounds like pablum, but with a little effort you will quickly find cleaner vocabulary is quite possible, and you can still make your point and not offend those eyes that want to read your posts. L.RAY, as far as I am concerned, is in good standing here. No one wants you out of here, but please tone the language down a bit, and try not to insult our other members.

I guess I have been working to much - I missed all the excitement. But having been on this site awhile - Up is a fine member of this forum - since I have been on this site only 1 person has been banned that I know of - he deserved it. Language can be a problem written because you can't see or know what the intent was - just tone it down some and you will find this is a great forum - look they have put up with me.........I like it in the frisco nation - most of us do........

It was never about bad language with me-- it is about Ray calling Our Mod names.. No excuse, he was doing his job and Ray tossed insults..

Heck of a way to back up your mods Mike..
Like I said ray, you'd be outa here..

Hey ray,, I like the way you turn it around,, you get mouthy then say no one was mouthy until now (meaning me)..

It has always been me that steps-up to back-up another member, why is that.??

Hey Tex-- thanks for the kind words bud, the doors to the frisco-nation are always open to ya..

Gosh Dang! Now you all got me curious. I am off the site a week and the fun starts.

I never known upnorth to jump the gun. Be glad he gave you a friendly warning before one of the not so nice Moderators tossed you out the bar.

Thanks for steppin up again Frisco. Good to see someone always willing to step in as needed.

Okay now what was the uproar about?

I never saw the post that started the commotion. If Upnorthwi deleted it there is no doubt in my mind that he had good reason. As far as I'm concerned L. Ray lost his temper and overreacted. Let's all keep a cool head here, noone's better than anybody else here...bury the hatchet.
