Excuse me if I don't understand this better, but I am old enough to get by without a hands on knowledge of all this on-line stuff. Hey, most days I ride a kickstart, handshift motorcycle to work!
We have had some interest in hosting one or more blogs here on the web site and I am curious if members think this is a good idea dn if anyone here is interested in blogging about American motorcycles here?
Any experts here who can show us the ropes?

Huh...What is blogging.. Heard the word not sure what it is. Some Kind of beer?
JCourneyaP:
I'm sure you are putting us on, but for the benefit of those who might not really know: "Blog: is a joining of the two words "weB" and "LOG" into the single word "BLOG". Essentially it is a place where someone can write a series of pieces on those things that hit their fancy, and readers can comment and rate the text, and there is an exchange between writer and reader, in many cases an action similar to what goes on here every day on the forums, only the initial piece is in a bit more detail than a forum thread, and probably less dictated by subject boundaries of a forum itself. It has nothing to do with beer, but that was a good try. Free Beer in Andover, Minnesota!!!

Thanks for the explanation Mike. I hear the Kids talking about blogging all the time. Now I understand. I am fine and will stick to the general forum. For those that wanna blog.....Speak now or forever hold yer peace. Was beer in Andover. I sorta drank it all......
Well... if anyone has a blog page, link it so we can all enjoy (and Buzz can grade for content). I dabbled in it a little bit, but never really stuck to it.

It is the duty of nations, as well as of men, to own their dependence upon the overruling power of God, to confess their sins and transgressions, in humble sorrow, yet with assured hope that genuine repentance will lead to mercy and pardon; and to recognize the sublime truth announced in the Holy Scriptures and proven by all history, that those nations only are blessed whose God is the LORD. ----Abraham Lincoln
Buzz I have recently started a blog myself and it is very simple. I can point you to a link that is self contained and has all you need to do it in a minimalistic style. I would be very intersested in biker blogs and think this a good way to share trips, stories, pictures, and adventures on the road. Great idea and I will support it.
