| | Big Changes Coming Just a note to let everyone know that we have some very big changes planned for this web site. I won't go into details just yet, but around the beginning of June the AIMag.com web site will feature a new look and feel - a lot more user friendly and fun too. If you have any suggestions at this time let us know. I'd like to tell you all what we have lined up, ,but that would ruin the surprise. Stay tuned... |

| | New topic on the message board --- "What was I thinking...??"
OK Ok ok I'll start...
We've been rained on 7-8 times outa 14 riding to Ruidoso, couple times was hail... So, I've been following the weather over there and seems the Monsoons may be starting a bit early, so, I put on my FIRST windshield ever, so, now I know why many of you like em... Now the wind comes up from below and blows dust direct under my glasses, it comes from behind blowin my hair straight up like Bozo, and the slightest breeze blows me around like a ping-pong ball, it's like a damn fun-house ride... Adjusted it up and down, no change, ooh yeah, love it, it's off now --What was I thinking..?? |

I even e-mailed your web master about the problem but i guess he/she didn't consider it importent enough. Posted by: myt evo on May 8, 07 5:55:21 pm |

| | Hey frisco, Thanks for the good laugh!
Try a Memphis Slim from Drag Specialties or similar scaled down windshield. The bay window sized windshields can be too much on a lighter bike (anything less that a dresser). Kinda like a sail on a boat. The smaller size also will give you alot more adjustment. Posted by: dls8 on May 8, 07 9:53:07 pm |

| | Ok big changes...
How about those smiley face things to make it easier to show if you are laughing your ass off, frustrated and angry, lost deep in oil and busted knuckles, or happy to get help. Posted by: dls8 on May 8, 07 9:57:06 pm |

| | I dunno if I can get behind those little smiley faces, but having the most recent post at the top of the page is something many of us have been pushing for for a LONG time. |

| | What about some connections "Links" to some good after market parts companies? JP Cycles. Dennis Kirk. Ones that are good and have lots of parts and choices. I name the two above cuz they seem to have most things I need. Big selection and good customer service. They have some techs that know their Sh.. Never had a problem returning either. |

| | Boy, now do I feel pretty stupid! Been using this site a few years now and never saw the word "Links".
I take back what I said in the previous post. Make the LINKS bigger and a bright color. Send me a pair of glasses and I will go kick my own @&&.
Thanks Dis8 for the "Wake Up"! | | | |
