Question 87 fxr electronic or not...

I'M NEW TO THIS MOTORCYCLE, I JUST FOUND OUT IT HAS AN ELECTRONIC IGNITION WITH REV LIMITER. WITCH EXPLAINS THE WAY ITS BEEN PERFORMING. MY QUESTION IS, WITCH IS BETTER THE STOCK IGNITION OR WHAT IT HAS NOW?

Welcome aboard Tiny

You said it explains why your bike is performing the way it does..but,you did'nt say weither that was good or bad.

IMO electronic ignitions are THEE way to go VS the old points & condensers. If you're having issues with the electronic type what are they..and is it a stock HD ignition..or what ??
