If they're ever built for street production the "Loud Pipes Saves Lives" guys will have to put playing cards in the spokes to feel safe..!!

You would need to carry a few decks of cards with you. They wouldn't last long unless you had a solid rim. Then it would only make noise once a turn on the valve stem.
