Default Looking for a 5 Star Parkarized Hub

Anyone know where I might be able to find a new one?

V-Twin has them on backorder and none of my other sources seems to have them

Try AAOK - SPARE PARTS for Vintage Big Twin Harley | AAOK
or call Kick-Start M/C Parts (616) 245-8991 (10-5 EST)

Default Re: Looking for a 5 Star Parkarized Hub

Both of the star hubs are in stock at V-Twin (NY & K.C). The 45-0323 (black) or the 45-0335 (parkerized) - Buchanan® s/s (unpolished) spokes and nipples - 16" Perma-Chrome™ rims.
These wheels that Mikey - NY built, have a 1/32" run out - axially and radially.
The only drawback to the (parker) hub assembly, is the star covers that weren't stamped with a deeper arc around the lug bolt openings (and eclipse) all (5) of the hub's lug bolt holes.
So you need to loosen the lug bolt, and then remove it with your fingers between the spokes, instead of drawing the lug through the hole and past the star cover with a 7/16 x 6" hex bar and socket.

1949-1959 fork assembly (Last year for the 8.16" externally mounted headlight - and end of an era.)
