Default DO NOT DO BUSINESS W/ CAS4 INC out of Stoney Point NY

Thought I purchased two 6 volt coils for a 47 Knuckle (As advertised) only to find out upon receipt that they were intended for Pans (To be mounted on the frame studs as opposed to c clamps for my knuckle). Brought it to their attention and was told to modify what I have and go to an automotive store to buy some clamps.

Told them that that was unacceptable and as result of their mistake wanted my money back. That was in May. I should point out we not talking a lot on money here but that's not the point. I have been waiting patiently until now.

After numerous unanswered e-mails I told them they were leaving no other choice but to go public with my problem. Their response, "Have at it."

So, I am

Agreed, but if that is their attitude I really was left with other choice and perhaps I can save someone else the trouble.

I am also registered as 47knuckle but had a hard time logging in from this computer

I believe we actually ran into each other 2 years ago at the White Eagle in Daytona. I was on my 42 Knuckle chopper and my buddy on his barn 47. I say believe, because no names were exchanged but I recognized your photo from the magazine (Or, is was someone else on a knuckle that looked just like you). We briefly talked about your use of blue lenses that you were running in your marker lights

First post on Not,, this is the perfect place to shout that you have been dis-respected and kinda-sorta cheated by a MC business..

We are all susceptible to these kinda ass-holes and we gotta keep each other informed--- I have no prob going on your word alone..
They'll never get my business..

I hope many many more of the Members comment on what is evidently the "screw-you" attitude by this group a fakes and then you can copy & paste it all and send it,, along with the number of views on this post..

Word-of-mouth can take a mighty toll.. What are there,,, almost 20K members here now..

I am assuming this was an eBay purchase, and if so, if you paid through PayPal, it's a simple matter of filing a complaint through PayPal. Believe me, you will get satisfaction if you get PayPal involved. Eventually, if there is no resolution, you'll get your money back from PayPal, and they will go after the seller. When you call PayPal on the phone, a real person will answer-- usually with no waiting at all. If you didn't pay through PayPal, I don't know what recourse you have.

They were not purchased on e-bay. It was a direct sale. I have since gathered they are a distributor for V-Twin and others. I should have just gone with Zoom Cycle and had them the next day instead of 2 weeks after purchasing them (Another problem)

What a IDIOT - He received the parts 2 days after ordering them, then decided that he did not want them.

So he waited for the restocking process to be completed and them filed a complaint after he was refunded.

As a matter of fact I think I will post this guys name and phone number so nobody will sell this guy parts. He is a IDIOT and a trouble maker with way too much time on his hands.

Get a life, if you buy the wrong parts there will be a restocking fee, if you do not know what you are buying - please take your business somewhere else.

Very Truly Yours

Amazing - This man buys the wrong parts - gets refunded and still complains - We have been in business for over 25 years and have never ripped anyone off - I believe that the mediator should call me - 845-786-0620 - and delete this post - I will submit to him a copy of the refund.

Including the guys name address and phone number.

My bikes can be seen here:

KNIGHTS CHOPPERS

We are a real business and if anyone wants to believe the above posts - please call - because I have some ocean front property in Arizona to sell you also.

Not so amazing

And now for the real story

I received the wrong coils weeks after ordering them

They advertised the wrong parts and then after months of chasing them for a refund, I received a partial refund.

I have no reason to state otherwise
