Default A 1974-74

This is my 74 FXE that constantly goes through changes, because it wasn't stock when I got , but if it was it wouldn't be worth any nore than it is. So I just have fun with it. I've had brake and clutch cable changes ongoing. The solo seat was MIA in this pic. I love the kicker, sometimes when I'm feeling froggy (and the engine is hot) I'll jump on the old kicker and fire her up, BUT if it don't fire in 2 or 3 kicks I sit down and hit the button...no sense in getting nutty about it!
l call this the "cop catcher", something about those apehangers just makes the boys in blue pull you over!!!!

Good looking bike. What kind of seat do you run on this?

I have an old police solo seat and it is reliable, I mean it always starts! It's just an around town cruiser. What I like is it has the "backwards" shift pattern they set up for a couple of years. It's one up and three down. So when you get on it you can just stomp the gears! Kinda fun!
