I have never used an Ultima frame however I did use Ultima lowering shocks. What a joke. The directions did not make any sense. I could not find a phone number for Ultima. I called a motorcycle Company that was an Ultima dealer. They did not have a number for them. My suggestion would be to find a contact number for Ultima and talk to them before buying one of their frames. This might save you some headaches down the road.

Yes I have used 5 Ultima motors in my build projects. They are a fine motor. I have used two 100cid, one 80 cid and two 113 cid all fired on the first start. all are still running to date I used the first motor in 2004. Gary from Gary's custom choppers. Midland TX

I purchased an early ultima softail frame in 1999. The front motor mount was off 3/16" from left to right. Ultima said they would replace through the dealer. He balked because he says it was not returnable. Checked with other dealers & builders. They said, " Welcome to the world of bike building " ! I ended up cutting the bar & rewelding it. It took a lot of hours to hand scrape to square & paralell before I could assemble. My advice is to make sure you buy a frame that is well known !!!!
