Default P.O.S Ambulance chasers

Today, while looking through the Want Ad Digest,I stumbled upon an ad for a law firm wanting to file a class action suit against H-D for faulty clutches.According to their story a pilot started his bike in gear with the clutch pulled in & because the fluid was cold the plates stuck & the bike "lurched forward two feet",crushing the squids leg & foot & now he is unable to fly. They are saying this is a defect that Harley is aware of & they want to make them pay!!! I say we have enough frivolous lawsuits already & the pilot in question (if he even exists) shouldn't own a motorcycle. The name of the firm is Top Class Actions & the number listed is 800-557-2098,I've already given them an earful to the point they hung up on me.If this pisses you off too I recommend letting them know.

Talking Re: P.O.S Ambulance chasers

Ya know, the MSF Basic Riding Course teaches the concept of FINE-C when starting your cycle. Doesn't the N mean NEUTRAL?
