Default ZMax?

has anybody used zmax on their scooters?what is the normal oil temp. on a 96b? my night train reads 180-190s. i havent checked the accuracy of the dip stick i got from the dealership.by the way the night train is an 08 with 3300 miles on it

Just kidding of course...
but really... I noticed that the FTC article was in 2001. could they have actually gone back and fixed it??? they seem to still be advertizing it.
I have never tried it, I dont really believe in a lot of those addatives....Snake oil most of them.

This alone makes it a no go.

, motor oil treated with zMax produced more than twice as much bearing corrosion as motor oil alone.

I'd like to see Frisco's post with the links to the oil studies that he has to keep posting as an answer to these oil questions put up as a sticky note in the Harley Oil and Lubrication category of the forum.
