Default Need a favor...

Can someone with with a 07-09 Softail and service manual look up and post the specified quantity of engine, tranny and primary oils? I need to order my lubes, I figured KY wouldn't do my any justice in this case

I left my service manual in CA and it doesn't do me much good being in MS. I may just have to break down and go buy another. I need to adjust my clutch basket and couple other things as well. Going to attempt my 5k service on my own so it's may be for the better or I might need the KY

Thanks

Hey Un, I'm thinking your primary and tranny should be the same as on the 07 EG?
My manual says for a primary change IF you haven't had the outer primary removed 38 ounces. If the cover was removed 45 ounces. 6 speed tranny 32 ounces or 946 ml, which might be 1 full US quart. Engine I can't help you, I have an oil pan and you have a bag. Have a good day, eh.

Unfk..... this is per the 03' softtail maintenance book....
engine oil... 20/50 3.5 quarts

primary.... 26 oz. (768.9 ml)

Tranny... 20 - 24 oz. tranny lube

Remember... this is for a 03' softtail...
I hope this helps....

Thanks all, when I get a chance I'll call the stealer and see if they will be willing to share that info.

Tommy- I think it is the same for the tranny and primary. I appreciate you looking that up.

Street Bob- Thanks for the info, I think those are a little on the light side, but as you said that is for a 03.
