This is what I use. I use it on all the cables and all the other pivit points on the bike like controls, pegs, floor boards, kickstand, etc.

The important thing to understand is that its a dry lube. It will drip a bit but once its "dry" it wont attrack dust and other debris.

Cable lube and lube tool combo honda yamaha suzuki ktm:eBay Motors (item 250345867253 end time Nov-15-09 12:14:15 PST)

Check out Harley Hogs Lair, they have a pitcture of the set up. I have tried, however I caution on how much oil you add to bag. It starts to leak out of the adjuster.
