Default American Iron Crustoration

Just read the third part of the 1948 Panhead Crustoration in the new issue of AI and love it.

Looks cool covered in snow but I can't wait to see the finished bike in full color in the next issue.

Is there going to be a full color article on it next month? Sure hope so as I'd really like to see what Buzz and the team end up with.

Any word on a set of ratty old saddlebags to match?

Now that all subscribers have the issue and it has been on the newsstand for a week, I am curious what you all make of the Crustoration bike? We ran a full color feature of it in the current issue.

47knuck, I have an old and crusty set of saddlebags that I'm getting restitched and hope to have on the bike in the next week or so. Hope also to have a correct 1948 crusty old saddle too.

I am planning on riding this bike around Milwaukee as part of HOG's and Harley's anniversary later this month. Wish me luck.

But he has to be careful not to ride it in the rian or the Maggie Valley mud might wash off the tires and wheels.
