Default Tool Kit Mount Mods for a V-TwinŽ Rigid Frame

The OE style countersunk mounting washer has a pilot end that will find the parkered (or plain) washer that will be brazed to the inside of the box. That's the "locking" mechanism of the assembly.
The screw should be the same, but with a 5/8 (long) shank and 1" overall.

Tucks in real nice.

Plenty of clearance.

The beginning of the procedure can be seen on the hydra-glide.com site >Repop> (if your registered).
