Default RD King Saddlebags on a Softail Deluxe

Has anyone seen a softail deluxe with road kings saddlebags or has heard of the Cycle Vision mounting bracket system that allows FHL bags on softails?

The bags for the softail models are too small and look kinda silly.

Default Saddlebags

There's a ton of options with saddlebags. First it depends on your exhaust. If your running the stock "shotgun style" exhaust from the factory,on your Deluxe, you limit your choices to smaller and sometimes, "silly" looking bags. If you have an aftermarket exhaust with lower slung mufflers (there's a world of choices), then there's lots of options.
I have seen the Cycle Vision system, and they do look nice if you want to run stock,FL style fiberglass bags. I'm not sure if the RK bags mount up the same way.
I'm not a big fan of small bags either and wanted something to fill up the side of bike and give me lots of storage.I also prefer the look of learther bags. I went with Iron bags-Iron Max- www.ironbags.com.
Thev're quality stuff, and the bracketing is well made, and specific to the bike your installing them on. They have lots of styles and sizes and custom options. They were great people to work with. They're stuffs not cheap, but you get what you pay for.Hope this helps.

Thx for the suggestion. You're right they are not cheap, but then again this is a very expensive hobby and passion of ours.

I have VH duals on my bike, so I have a little more options.
