Default Klock Werks Flared Windshield

I'm interested in the Klock Werks flaired windshield. has anyone tried one?

I have a short HD windshield (8 1/2 inches) on my 06 FLHTCI, and like it very much, as I can see over the top, and it breaks up the wind very well for both me and my wife. I dont realy need to replace it, but the cool factor of the flaired windshield has made me interested in trying one. they are a little expensive, but if they work as well as advertised, I'll probably give one a try.

Is the air pocket really improved? How about for a passanger? any impute woild be very apresiated.

We just installed the new Klock windshield on my Harley Ultra but have not had much chance to put many miles on it yet.

Tomorrow I plan on riding the bike about 150 miles down to New Jersey and back and should have a better feel for it.

The look on an Ultra does take a bit of getting used to. Looks sort of like the plastic was left out in the hot sunlight for too long and it kind of melted.

I have the Clearview windshield on mine with the recurve - I like it - keeps the air off the wife..........like the look.

I put one on my bagger and like it especially at higher speeds where it seems to smooth out the ride.

You guys should do an article on how to mount one on a Harley in the magazine. I think your readers would apreciate it.

Interesting timing. We did install one on my Harley Ultra and covered it in the magazine. It should be hitting subscribers' mailboxes in a week or so.
