We will have approximately 25 units available next week. These work the same as the original Keyless Ignition Module that I helped develop 3 years ago. It was originally designed for V-Rods but can work on ANY Harley Davidson. (The origins of the Keyless Ignition can be found at 1130cc.com if you care to search for it.)
What this module does is replace your keyed ignition. The module replaces the ignition switch. You flip your RUN/Stop switch to power up your bike. The bike will only power up if you have your Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) Key fob in proximity. If it isn't there, you can't power the bike AT ALL.
It is completely independent of the alarm system and can be used in conjunction of your existing factory alarm, being a second layer of protection from theft.
They retail at $399. Our price is better than that. Link Here.
I have set up a separate email to work this group buy.
Wow, looks like a nice setup RJ! I've got too many other projects going right now but that's intriguing.

Please join me in this prayer daily.
This is my Granddaughter Sky, age 7. Can't walk, talk, or feed herself but look at that smile. Anyone care to complain about their lot in life? Not me!
Not to take anything away from the product cause it looks like a good one but I love this line in the description of the product. "completely eliminates your bike’s Ignition switch and all the hassles associated with using a key". When using a key becomes a hassle you know we're lazy. It would be real good for a quick getaway though.

You can say the same thing about power windows and power locks. You never realize how inconvenient that key is until you don't need it anymore.
The convenience of switching off the motor and hopping off knowing the bike is secure and not giving it a second thought is well worth the effort, IMVHO.
The big difference between this and the alarm, is there is NO power drain on the battery. There is no way to turn on the bike's electronics, headlight included, and run it down when you're not in proximity. It's just damn convenient.

I guess if the fob quits there is a manual overide sequence to get the bike running? My buddy has the 07 HD security system and twice now the fob wouldnt disengage the alarm, leaving us in a parking lot for quite some time before it decided to work. I dont like that. Botz
On my '06 Ultra, there is a manual overide for the fob, using the left turn signal. I have yet to try it, even tho I have had it for 3 years and 30k miles...
I have mine set up so when I turn off the ignition switch, no key, and walk away, the bike drops into security mode in 30 seconds. When I take the bike to the dealer for tires (I do my own now) I re-set it so that the security is off, so they dont hafta mess with it, and I dont hafta leave my fob there for them to lose. I guess I trust them to not lose the whole bike.
Oh, my bike dont have power windows nor does it have door locks.....
he he just kidding, looked funny when talking about bikes, but i know whatcha were gettin' at

The auto arm on the alarm is a great feature, and I use it as well. The issue is, with the alarm on, you can still cycle the ignition switch and turn on the headlights, etc. (if you don't lock the ignition)
When you come out, the bike battery is dead, and you're stuck.
With the DGD-KIM, you don't have to worry. No power to ANY of the bikes other systems (other than the alarm that is) at all. No way for a bastage to run your battery down while you're enjoying the sights and sounds of your destination.

To be DOT approved, there HAS to be a way to have a manual over-ride. All security systems demand it.
The HD security system has a manual over-ride, as does the DGD-KIM.

Ah ha, Thanks for that info, I was missing the point. Now it makes sence why someone would install that unit,
