Upside Down HD Forks

I'd like to hear about anyone with recommendations on how to improve the suspension in the now discontinued Harley V-Rod "R" model with the inverted forks.

Does anyone make cartridges or springs to improve the upside down forks?

How about improved rear shocks for this unusual model of Harley?
