I have a '08 Ultra and I am adding a luggage rack to the Tour Pak. I also have to reinstall one of the mounting brackets on the Tour Pak since it is not properly in place (somehow is twisted). I am sure that one of all y'all know these specs. The mechanic at our local shop is on vacation. Thanks in advance for your help.

Hey, SKIMAN. Welcome to the forum. My factory manual says 90-120 inch pounds for the mounting bracket. It didn't give any for the luggage rack but you should have an instruction sheet with the rack which should contain those specs. Sincerely: Shovelmike.
