| | Progressive 412 Shocks Anyone have experience with these? Considering slapping a set on my Dyna?

| | Have them on my Dyna Botz. Even though they are considered one of their lower end shocks they beat the hell out of the stock shocks. remember, there are the standard duty and the heavy duty. The heavy duty are for those over 200lbs or for those who ride two up most of the time. Also may i recommend their front end springs. It will take care of that nose dive that you are experiencing with the stock springs

| | I put a pair on my wifes bike to help with her back. I liked and put a set on mine. Like MYT EVO states they have two sets. Make sure you get the ones most suited. A little on the heavy side or riding two up go with the heavy duty.
But... They do seem to give your Back End a loose feel in the Corners. Not as tight as I would like. But overall I am happy. Good shocks for the price.
Remember they come in a number of sizes.

| | Anything from Progressive is going to be better than the stock crap, but the heavy duty version is always a good idea, even if riding solo.

| | Thanks. Im about 190lbs. You think I should go with the HD ones? Do they stiffen up the ride alot in comparison to the regular duty ones?

| | Yes, Progressive says go with the Heavy Duty if you are over 200 lbs or ride 2 up most times. Other then that I would stick with the standard ones. Unless you been eating alot on your time off from the road.

| | Forgot. I am 186 lbs. I have the springs set right in the middle. Can stiffen 3 more times. Only bottom out once cuz I dropped into a crater when road blew up cuz of the heat.

| | 'm 200# and the regular 412's work fine for me in the middle setting to achieve the proper sag. The stocks shocks would have me bouncing off the saddle over most cattle guards, and now I can hit them with no worries. So I would just give my 2cents and say they are worth every penny to me.
