Default Shocking change

Wow. guess I needed suspension work more than I realized.
I just put on a set of progressive 422's. The stock shocks had me bouncing in the turns and I thought the bike was going to throw me but I really had no idea how bad they were. I just took it for a run around the lake and I swear it felt like I put a new seat on it. Smooth and comfortable. I don't think it rode that well brand new. The best part, it wasn't spanking me like a buck board anymore. I actually laughed out loud when I crossed a troublesome set of railroad tracks that usually had me bobbing up and down for three car lengths. And to think I grumbled all the way home from the shop because of the price. $690 Canadian with tax. Now I figure I got what I paid for.
One minor problem. I lowered it to the limit on the 422's. That's two inches according to the instructions. Looks cool. My belt is rubbing up against something just a little though. I'll have to look to see what that is. Maybe raise it back up a bit.

Look ma, my teeth stopped rattling...
