Hay Buzz, I am kinda curious if ya sold your Sturgis yet. I'm not ready to ride it all the way back to California just yet,(wait fer a bit warmer weather) but was wondering.
Plus, I am looking for one to cut up and change a bit, so this one is not right for that kind of build. A bike like his needs to stay mostly original, I think.

I have not yet sold my Sturgis Shovel or really tried. While it is not 100% correct and original it is pretty close. I wouldn't recommend chopping this one up. But I do have another cone Shovel - all together and running but needs some love - especially in the wiring area. I had bought this as a project bike for the magazine but have done nothing with it. I'd sell this one pretty cheap and wouldn't be concerned if it was cut up. Complete and together in running condition with paper. I'd sell it for $6,000

Buzz
Yeah, I can't cut up an original bike, or classic car either. That is a good price for a project bike, especially with the right papers. Being on the west coast, I think I better look closer to home first. Thanks for the response.

Seems like Jay Dee was interested too.

Thanks again and good luck!
