Non adjustable. What exactly is the problem?

You may have a dirty or faulty sensor somewhere. You can have the dealer check for codes in the history or you can do it yourself if you have the service manual. Good luck.

EFI equipped bikes idle faster. I am told that is to make sure the oil pump is pumping oil. I don't know why that is different than a carbed bike's oil pump. I like the classic 'potato' potato' sound at idle also. But that is a thing of the past with EFI bikes. I use a PCIII on my 06 TC but am not brave enough to mess with the idle.

I believe the reason for a higher idle is not so much the oil pressure but the fact that you need full voltage output at idle to operate the ECM and fuel injectors. Oil pressure will be higher too so it may not sound as cool but it works well.
