Yes, had one for a weekend, typical sportster "feel" with a lot more lean angle and handling is a bit more refined. Seating position is obviously subjective but I was not thrilled with comfort, although I realize it's NOT a cruiser!
Until the Night Rod DX came out or more precisely the Revolution engine, the Sporster had always been my favorite engine, (still own an ironhead), With more of a square stroke and faster revving than big brother, it's faster and perfect for the street or light to light action. The XR capitalizes on this with some new frame components and sport bike style features. However, the Buells will blow it away in handling and speed.
