Default June Cleaver in the Garage

Sunday was a great day to finally get out and get the yard work done after a long winter. I fired up the mower after two pulls and commenced chopping down the grass and weeds. My front lawn is well used! I have more sand then grass. Hey I can’t afford to water with The rising cost of fuel!

I made a few passes past the open garage door and I realized just a little too late that the Sand Storm I was creating was moving indoors. Ooops…

My wife had the cover off her bike and it became a eerie shade of brown.

Next day as I walked out into the garage I was stared down by Medusa herself. My Sweetie was looking at her bike then returned the “Stink Eye” to me. I woulda turned to stone if she had snakes growing out of her head.

I did what all honest folks do. I lied. “Boy was is windy out yesterday”.
“You shoulda seen the dust kicked up by the Street Sweeper”.

I left for about 15 minutes to get some supplies. Upon return I noticed a clean sparkling bike. No way could she have washed it that fast!

Sitting on a bar stool next to her bike I noticed a very dirty "Swiffer" Hand Duster.

Smaller then the California Car Duster. Leaves no residue of wax. Did not scratch. Cheap. Replacement pads by the the box.

[QUOTE=SteelRider;21633]A Swiffer? Who would have thought?

I was gonna suggest a little water and fertilizer and you could of made her motorcycle look like one of those Chia Pets.

Now that was funny!

I introduced her to Handguns a while Back. She likes her S&W 357 3 inch barrel revolver. She is pretty darn good a making holes.

I still believe I have the drop on her if it came to it. Course I tend to try and not make her mad. It was the "Street Sweeper" Anyway as I put on my extra cute face to sell her the idea...

If you ever get a chance to stop by the S&W factory in Springfield, MA I highly recommend it. Just the other day I got a chance to see the company’s museum and shoot at the range in the Shooting Sports Center they have. Well worth the trip if you are ever in the area.

I think an AIM field trip is in order. For research purposes of course. Anyone want to come along?
