Default Trans Shifting Problem

Have an 02 Heritage with 26,000 miles. Engine and trans are stock. Trans increasingly harder to shift. Started out with just a bit balky shifting from
1st to 2nd after the bike sat long enought to completely cool off. Now it is even difficult to find neutral with the engine running. Replaced and adjusted clutch. Have changed trans fluid regularly using Harley trans oil. Also checked primary tensioner. It shows just slight wear and chain tension is within spec. Suggestions???
