Here's the deal. 02 FXD, put on a aftermarket primary cover from V-Twin. The size of the "race" for the primary cover bushing (HD p/n 33446-94A) way too big for the stock part. Has anybody found a bushing that will work in the cover? I'm afraid every time the starter is engaged the jackshaft isn't being supported during gear engagement. Or am I just worrying about nothing?

Wrong primary cover, you need a later model
with the small bushing.PN 60543-99A Parts may
look the same but "The Year Matters"
