left side/right side drive

I'm looking to purchase a 2004 Big Dog Mastiff. I noticed the drive was moved from the left side to the right side, does it matter? The bike has 1400 miles and has been very well maintained. Is $21,000 a reasonable price? Thanks, Mr. Mike
