Dealer Mapping After Stage 1 Upgrade

I'm buying a 2009 FXDC from the dealer and having them install Vance & Hines short shots and a SE heavy breather and they will be mapping it afterwards for the stage 1 upgrade. My question is if I don't plan on changing this configuration will the mapping the dealer preforms eliminate the lean condition?

That entirely depends on what they're using to map it with. If they are using a SEPST with a custom dyno tuned map, it should eliminate the issue.

If they are using a canned map and just flashing the ecm, then it may not correct the lean issue.
