Default Need help quick- '05 RKC tach install

Instructions really not that clear, '05 RK Classic. Found Tach power (O/WH WIRE), ground, and found pink wire (connector A8) going in, coming out into main bundle (right side) it is Blue/Pink. That's where I lose it (THE WIRE THAT IS). It's not tied back by the speedo as the instructions say. Can't find it in nacelle. I KNOW PEOPLE HAVE DONE THIS (specificately to '05 RKC), I NEED TO KNOW WHERE YOU GUYS HAVE FOUND THE TACH SIGNAL (sorry, didn't mean to shout!). I don't really want to take right off the ECM, I'd like to tap it off closer to frount. Any help would be appreciated.

When installing an aftermarket tach on a HD you almost always HAVE to run a direct wire to the coil. There should be 3 wires, hot, ground, coil....

Pin three on your ECM is the best spot to grab the signal.
