Question Vance & Hines Fuelpak

Trying to find out some info as to the performance and reliability of the V&H Fuelpak. I have an 09 RoadGlide with V&H Big Radius 2-2. Does anyone have information?

I have it on my Night Train and I don't like it. It just doesn't seem to do the job as well as some of the others. I say that with reservation as this is the only EFI tuner I've used, but I've read the feedback on several others and just from what feedback I've seen the PCIII with a good tuner is the way to go. I think if you were to do a poll on the fuelpak it'd come out about 50/50. Some have no issues what so ever and there's those like me who don't care for it.

Another guy I ride with has the fuelpak and that is next on his agenda to get rid of. He doesn't care for it either. We've both come into agreeance that our bikes don't run how V&H say they should.

Is it good if money is tight and you need something to fill the spot until you can get something else? Yeah, it is. Had I known when I bought mine I would of gone with something else right off the bat. I have spoke with V&H tech support and tried different maps on their suggestions, I went back to the standard one for my setup just after a few short miles.

I guess it really boils down to a matter of personal opinion, but my experience with it isn't that great.
