It's been a little over a year and 10,000 miles. I installed the S&S air cleaner and mufflers on May 5th last year just short of 10K on my 07 FXD, I'm just short of 20K now and the report is no problems.

I did no fuel map changes at all. Just as the AI story reported at the time, none were needed. The plugs have looked fine and I have had no backfire issues.

At the time the story came out some people refused to believe you could do the install without updates to the FI.

The only change was more torque and a better sound.

No it has not been on a Dyno, But I think that was the point of article Chris did. A easy update to the closed loop bikes that can be done yourself without spending a lot.
